Please include your full name and address and any reference numbers, e.g. sales order/invoice number.
You can return items in their original un-used condition to us within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. You will be responsible to pay for the postage cost of your returned item/s when the return is for an incorrect order/size swap. We would suggest that you use a tracked and signed for service as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach us. Refunds on goods will only be made when the goods have been received back.
For faulty goods we will either refund you in full or replace the item and refund your return postage costs.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
